1. Introduction
===========================================================================

   This Program was developed with the intention of Turning Windows 98
theme to Windows 7 themes. From my knowledge of how to manually make
these conversion, I decide to make a program which could reduce the
amount of time to do this. The resulting program is Win7 Theme Converter.

2. Installation
===========================================================================

   Installation is very simple.
   1) First download Win7 Theme Converter from www.z098.com/download.html.
   2) Unzip the contents of the zip file to a temporary location.
   3) Run setup.exe and the follow the instructions to Install.

3. How to Convert a Theme
===========================================================================
   This section will cover a few scenarios of converting a theme
   1) Get a zip, theme file, or an installed theme file containing a 
      windows theme you want to convert.
   2) Open Win7 Theme Converter
   3) Click "Open Theme" and select the file you want to open.
   4) choose output type. 
      a) choosing theme just converts the theme and installs it on 
         the computer. Best option if you want to modify the theme 
         using the personalize control panel.
      b) Choosing zip file will convert the theme and output a zip
         file containing the theme.
      c) Is the same as b but isn't of a zip file it creates a
         themepack which can be installed by double clicking in 
         windows 7.
   5) Click "Convert".
   6) When message pop's up type the name you want to call the theme
      or stick with it's current name.
   7) If you choose theme, now the Apply button is available. Clicking
      this button will apply the them too the current.

   1. Added abilty to choose output types. Types are Theme file, Zip file, 
      or Theme Pack.
   2. Fixed opening of zip files.
   3. Fixed opening of Themepack Files.
   4. Fixed Opening of Theme.
   5. Fixed errors when outputting a theme.

5. Known Issues
===========================================================================

   1. Windows doesn't always accept a themepack made with this program. IF
      You can't get theme pack then use the personalize control panel to
      make the file.
   2. An Issue in windows. When you install a themepack in windows 7 the 
      trash can icon doesn't change. If you install the theme with my program
      the icons will work correctly.
